Location: Juliet’s bedroom

Characters: Romeo, Juliet, Nurse, Lady Capulet, Capulet

Events: Romeo gets ready for his exile and prepares to leave through the window. Juliet doesn’t want him to leave because she is in deep love with him. Romeo parts in tears and Juliet shouts out to him that he looks ill. Just as Romeo leaves Lady Capulet enters Juliet’s room. Romeo shouts out from the orchard that he will one day see her again.
